1. General provisions
1.1. The Online Store available at www.bonamera.com is managed by Kamil Radziejewski, doing business as KRR Kamil Radziejewski, entered to the Central Registration and Information on Business of Poland, kept by the Minister applicable for business-related matters, with the place of performing business and mailing address as follows: ul. Rędzińska 128, 42-209 Częstochowa, NIP: 9492036036, email address: kontakt@bonamera.com.
1.2. The administrator of personal data processed in relation to execution of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be the Service Provider Personal data is processed for the purposes, to the extent and based upon rules indicated in privacy policy published on the Online Store web pages. Providing personal data is voluntary. People whose personal data is processed by the Service Provider, have the right to access it as well as update and correct it.

2. Formation of the contract and delivery of merchandise
2.1. By clicking the "confirm order" button you are placing a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Immediately after you place an order, we send you an e-mail confirmation of your order. A binding contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation. Please notice that the merchandise ordered by you will be sent after the payment is made in full for the merchandise and for the delivery, unless they are covered by us.
2.2. The prices offered on the date the order is placed shall apply. The stated prices are final prices and include value added tax (VAT) at the applicable statutory rate. All items remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
2.3. The Product Price seen on the website of the Online Shop is specified in the currency selected by the customer.

3. Delivery and payment method
3.1. The list of all payment methods is available in the cart. The availability of payment methods differs, depending on the choice of currency, country of delivery and the amount of ordered merchandise. Selection of the payment method can influence the date of shipment of merchandise.

4. Promotional vouchers and their redemption
4.1. Promotional vouchers can be redeemed only within the specified period. Certain products may be excluded from the promotion. Please remember that promotional vouchers may be associated with a minimum purchase value.
4.2. The value of the merchandise must equal or exceed the value of the promotional voucher. In the case of the higher value of merchandise, the possible difference can be paid using one of the offered payment methods. The promotional voucher can not be paid out in cash, nor will it accrue interest. Promotional vouchers will not be refunded if all or some of the merchandise is returned.
4.3. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before the ordering process is complete. Retrospective usage is not possible. Promotional vouchers cannot be transferred to third parties. Unless agreed otherwise, it is not possible to combine multiple promotional vouchers.

5. Statutory right of revocation of merchandise purchase contract
In case of purchasing merchandise, you have a statutory right of revocation. The return shipping label should be attached to returned merchandise.
Information regarding the statutory right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without specifying the reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you and other than the carrier acquires possession of the merchandise. To exercise the statutory right of withdrawal you must inform of your decision in this matter the Ads Web company (contact information at the end of these terms and conditions) through an unambiguous statements of will (for example using a letter sent by mail or an e-mail). You can use the attached withdrawal template for this. Although it is not necessary. You can fill and send us the withdrawal form or make and send us any declaration of will, also digitally, using the contact form at the end of our website. If you use this possibility, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receiving your statement. In order to execute the right of withdrawal from the contract, it is enough to send a notice of using this right before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the case of withdrawing from the contract, we have the obligation to immediately and no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving a notice of withdrawal from the contract, return all payments received from you. To return the payments we use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case we will charge any fees for that. We can however refuse to make return of payment received from you, until receiving the returned merchandise. You must return the merchandise to us without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you told us you were withdrawing from the contract. The period is considered to be preserved if the merchandise is send before 14 days have passed. You pay for the return shipment.

6. Refunds
Any refunds are paid automatically to the account you used for payment. If you paid by wire transfer, the refund will be sent to the account from which the wire transfer was made. If you paid by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be sent to the related PayPal or credit card account.

7. Statutory responsibility for faulty merchandise
7.1. We are obliged to provide you with merchandise free of defects.
7.2. In the case of any faulty merchandise ordered through the Bonamer, we have statutory liability due to warranty for defects, resulting from art. 556 and subsequent articles from Act of April 23, 1964 - Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380, consolidated text as amended).

8. Complaints
8.1. Any complaints regarding the products purchased in our store, and also the process of completing your order, shall be made by e-mail or by phone. You will find the contact information at the end of the terms and conditions. In the same way you can report any problems with receiving the return shipment by a courier.
8.2. In some cases we can ask you to send us pictures of the products subject to reclamation.
8.3. Your complaint will be processed by us within 14 days from the date of receiving a complete complaint application. You will be immediately noticed about any possible failings in the complaint application. With that notification, you will receive an information on how to fix the failings in the complaint application.
